Sam Hart

Sam Hart is a longtime contributor to the Cosmos ecosystem who served as head of product and strategy at Skip Protocol from 2022 to 2024, helping steer the company toward cross-chain connectivity and user experience. Earlier he sat on the Board of Management at the Interchain Foundation, where he led product strategy for the Cosmos Stack, co-developed the Liquid Staking Module, and was lead author of the Cosmos Hub whitepaper. He also worked on the earliest drafts and validation of Ethereum's EIP-1559 fee market design, and co-founded Timewave Labs, which built DAO treasury and protocol lending tools in Cosmos. Alongside his engineering and strategy work he is a published writer, co-authoring essays like "Headless Brands" with the Other Internet collective.
