Giulio Rebuffo

Giulio Rebuffo co-authored EIP-7939, a proposal for an Ethereum Virtual Machine instruction that counts the leading zero bits in a word. The instruction was designed to simplify operations used in mathematics, byte handling and compression, while reducing bytecode size and the cost of zero-knowledge proving.
