so the that we sort of announced very recently uh this this polka dot pioneers prize initiative uh and then the treasury agreed to sort of uh put uh you know close to a million dots um for this um and basically what what the the plan is is to give uh decent cash prizes to projects right and and so yeah we get to the to the actual prices later and and the different

categories in the two minutes that we're going to talk about it so this game going to be brief um but first just a brief introduction on the creator group which is the the the group that is in charge of basically safekeeping the funds that have been allocated for this and that's the two of us alistair me uh other seriously scientists at webp foundation i think probably most of you already know him i'm working grants i've been in grants for over a year i had to work differently at the world fair foundation too and then there's uh raul councilmember and brian chen and such a water navy who are

founders of kala and asta network respectively all right so to be we'll be talking later i think yes uh so we are sort of more uh judging the the the the the zero knowledge part of this price so there's there's going to be two uh main things this is the fund uh one is is is interesting zero knowledge stuff and one will be um alternative sort of implementations of polka dot itself now i think that the zero knowledge part will actually be be uh most of the the the majority of the uh the fund will be allocated to this um and we're looking for interesting

things exactly so there is uh of the of the so very close to a million dots have been located over 80 percent have been located to zero knowledge projects so um will be what will be well allocated they allocated right we just don't have these specific prices yet so we have uh we have some ideas and there's some things that we certainly want to see happen uh there would certainly be or most certainly be a price uh for a zka price so it's implementation of a um awesome audited serial knowledge practical on on pocket heart and they're all the ideas that we are also considering like the knowledge in

games where we think there's a lot of potential and [Music] which we also want to see happen on poker dart and show that it is possible to build these things and poke that same goes for a general purpose computation um that's more of a we think it would be interesting to see some of the existing uh general purpose computation protocols that exist in other you know the ecosystems right now um to see them join this ecosystem as well even though it's a bit more distant than the um the ones they they usually would deploy to yeah the point is we think that actually

uh polka dots should be well suited for for doing these kind of things uh and we need to demonstrate that by getting uh you know a a good project support and so we have one for that exactly and then yeah so ultimately is there identity identity verification so rewarded entity linked to some [Music] government issued uh document that can be used since knowledge particles or multi-party computation um the the usage of multiple computation in in blockchain and again these are all just ideas so there's no

if you are planning to work on something like this and you want to apply for the for the pioneers price then just don't get too excited yet because everything might change and this is just to really give you a sneak peek into what might come yeah but in general uh i don't know how many applicants are going to be we'll have to find out but uh there may be you may be uh you and the audience may be in with good chance uh and will yeah and if you right and if you want to if you if you want to and can't do any uh any implementation with including zero
