Plasma Workshop

ZuConnect Istanbul 2023 · 10 Nov 2023 · 1:03:40

Vitalik Buterin runs a workshop on Plasma at ZuConnect Istanbul 2023, revisiting the scaling framework he co-authored that lets child chains process transactions off Ethereum mainnet while periodically committing state back to it. The session covers Plasma's design tradeoffs, including its exit-game security model, in light of how rollup-centric scaling has since become Ethereum's dominant approach.
