New types of partnerships between civil society and governments through Open Social Innovation

Funding the Commons Berlin 2023 · 9 Sept 2023 · 19:28

Philipp von der Wippel explores how open social innovation can create new kinds of partnerships between civil society organizations and governments at Funding the Commons Berlin 2023. The talk looks at models where public institutions co-design solutions with grassroots groups rather than simply funding or regulating them from a distance. It connects this civic collaboration approach to the broader public goods funding conversation running through the Funding the Commons community.
