alone so I'm going to make a presentation about state capital stake down who knows about state capital awesome stake down awesome in arbitrage dow flash boys all the skills so if I got a bit of time and my tea was plenty fine yesterday for the workshop live flash loan I got two or three different flash loan opportunities that we can do but first I will present so I think we got half an hour please stop me if you have any
questions the evolution of state capital into stake down and all the different verticals that we've been working on as a company so we've been doing staking as a service liquidity provider market maker and arbitrage and so my name's Julian Bhutto you can follow me Oh just text me on Twitter and it's also the same it's also my telegram so it's my name reverse being a lose Julian P see very smart so basically the
evolution of the space how we end up doing sticking as a service a year and a half ago so we start as a sticking provider doing staking as a service and people were like a Julian or people from the team you've been in space for a very long time you guys get involved in sticking as a service but sticking as a service is not video look at science so we don't really understand what you're doing well we explain why we actually jump a year and a half ago into staking as a service but basically the space which is define decentralized finance is not something destructive I mean in the sense that all the different components of the define it's already built in traditional finance like hobby charge market maker
leveraging landing swapping it's already there if I just bring the decentralization but all the different tools already exist in the market that's the evolution of suppose as taking as a service you can so basically proof of stake because the idea is to be placed not be placed but to migrate from proof-of-work where you have minors into proof of stake where people validate so you guys can become viateur and then you received irrigation to increase your voting power basically to get more to capture more yield in in a network so you got staking and as you mentioned before we can also like lock those asset in different defi projects such as
compound or to capture yield like a DAP so you get different system mechanism where you can just take the underlying asset to capture the inflation rate of the network or also stake those asset into three different projects also like make your down DSR to capture the the yield so this is the growing space each of those protocol is the different projects if they actually aim to be decentralized you need external people to trigger different aspect of those different projects for example like liquidation on centrifuge oh you do like Khyber so we call them like keepers so
we call it like state capital the original idea was to be a decentralized hedge fund to be a distant choice like keepers network where we get involved in all those different networks for example like also like market makers and maker like all of you different things like that so not just solicit evilly this is like the space so what we've been doing since 2018 we basically focus on staking as a service because taking is a service was a good step to capture liquidity in the market you can capture a lot of liquidity so we ran staking the service with big partners for example aw yes we runnin like in military-grade and fast secure on the ground hardware security module running different by leaders across different
and it works so not easy to bring all because it's not live yet maybe as soon but that's basically what we've been doing like we've been acquiring depends on the market cap a 30 million asset under management distributed 4 million US dollars into the market and this is all the different networks that we've been supporting and then future future networks with different different applications so this is like really focused on his taking at the service this was something that we start 2018 we made acquisition of a bakery on Tasers we've been doing on cosmos polkadot and all the different things but the problem is all the different big centralized exchanges and also projects where the main business the core business is not
to cut to charge a fee because when we run validation we basically charge a little fee we can charge like 1% on HP we can charge 10% on tasers but all those big exchanges such as finance cracking or like all those big guys they're now providing they will also move into staking of the service for free because their main business model is to do trading so the idea was like okay so now we making money we'll be making quite a lot of I mean making money for the past year and a half I'm doing partnership and also doing violation how we can actually compete with those guys we don't we don't want to compete with like staking as a service provider this is not our main business model but how can we compete against the big guys so then we decided
to create a Down where all the fees that we generate that will be generated generated across all the different services that we've ran we now send them into a dividend pool so basically by who's got staking proof of stake assets so all of you are you guys taking in state capital yeah okay not all of you we can kind of a chat after the but basically what we do is like you guys if you're staking in a service provider you're getting you are paying a little fee for that service to run what we do we give you back that money through your cash mechanism so we give you like die stay back or it can be also synthetic
USD so we give back that money so if you if you with us if she's taking state capital and stake down then we give you give you back the cash we give you back the fees that we took it from you so it's actually a good way to also exit your position as the underlying asset to that generate yield you can actually like hate your position as well so it's very simple we have proof of stake validation liquidity provision in arbitrage and then this and we send that to a cash back pool and this those dividends they send into back to the people that invest so basically what we do is actually decentralize hedge fund you by getting yourself involved in a down you because you become a shareholder of the Dow and you get all the other benefits you get
the feedback you get cash back your dividend equity in a hedgehog you know down that's a little bit more complex but we run like few different service across different networks and then we send back into a cash back pool and anyone as people that stake can be like sticking as a service or you can be involved in market maker liquidity provider and also invest in arbitrage will basically give you all the dividend we got like I said William has been working very hard on the Daoists actually life so you can go I can send you to the group if you join but basically we have like all the different components in the Dow what you can so it's on it's not officially it's on it's Bill Aragon if you that's the one yeah
so we have everything so if you participate and delegate for number four now it's like an wing Covey but up for you beforehand the week will be live on may net but basically if you stay calm tasers cosmos or whatsoever you join the Dow so we'll be like Dow let's take that capital and then we'll basically send you every cycle dividend that we make as a comp as a as a down or it's loading because maybe a lot internet or I can send you the link any questions so far okay and we also build liquid pools so the idea behind liquid pool liquid assets
one of the we actually define the liquid acid we build it like a six nine months ago and one of the liquid asset that you can think of in the space is a the a token it's a one-to-one peg asset so for example yourself if you stay it doesn't anyone likes taking into Tasers isn't it yeah those cosmos some of you so basically when you stack the asset or for example East 2.0 when you be staking this asset you'll be locked into a minimum period of time and when you lock imagine the market goes up in value you might decide to sell your asset because it's you want to sell because the market is pumping the thing is like you cannot sell until you need to withdraw and then you have the locking period for example
on a sauce it's like twenty-one seconds so what we do instead of you guys directly sneaking into those different networks you stake into a pool so it can be like East 2.0 pool and then we issue a liquid asset that represent your underlying asset being the yield being staking to the protocol and so it does is like you can actually trade you is you liquid ease in the market and you can also capture the yield then I will explain all the different pools but basically we best be building pools across all the different mechanism and so stake down got now four different verticals the first one was taking as a service the second one is liquidity
provider so we've been doing like big liquidity provider on mini swath for example and synthetics so if you delegate token into stack down we also participating those four different verticals so staking as a service liquidity provider market maker and now recently arbitrage we've been doing arbitrage for quite a few years now but got mainstream because of flash flash loan that we did we did the first flash con with Abe so arbitrage and then the best information about arbitrage or like five balls is actually this this white paper you guys can can have access whatever it's mostly riding by fully
dying and he explained all the different mechanism you can do an arbitrage does anyone like you guys like away like what is arbitrage like you know not not really so I'll be trying to like like in traditional finance is like you get you buy an asset and you find someone on the market that can you can sell it to for a higher price that's like a that's the basic mechanism of arbitrage in blockchain especially with the centralized exchange and like all this different like like a pool of liquidity what you can do you can actually do the same with a few three few different asset class for example like on one each or Paris what you can think of those guys are actually like doing arbitrage
because they find you the best price on the market for swapping you asset flash lon isn't mechanism for having access to instant liquidity to instant liquidity without paying I mean with a there was a percentage of fee but basically what you do you basically borrowed the lik the liquidity from a pool think about the pool as a just a small contract I mean just as a pool and then you get the liquidity you do your arbitrage and then you reimburse the liquidity as long as you actually do everything in one block otherwise all the transaction have averted if you cannot be impressed that that liquidity that flashed on so we did the first one was pretty got pretty
crazy and everyone was talking about it and everything is online so you can see all the transactions and you can see how we actually did the flash loan so this is actually a vertical of state capital of stake down so yeah this arbitrage would basically both die and then we swap we basically made an arbitrage between sigh and die because with the that was like an opportunity for people to swap a different and a different price and then we used the a of lending pool for borrowing the liquidity meaning that we flash loan you don't need to have money you can basically get access to ten million US dollars or 15 million u.s. dollars dependant depends on the
size of the pool and you can do whatever you want with that money as long as you give back the money back to the pool you capture your arbitrage opportunity any questions on arbitrage okay I will also deal workshop this weekend no arbitrage is built was also built on Moloch down so you can actually buy shares into the the Dow to capture the fees that we make the arbitrage but this will change into version two of malarkey in in arbitrage you can do different things that might for example imagine who's got a CDP here so a CDP is so you
got is and imagine you long on is you don't want to sell you is because you believe that is will go up in value but you still want to use those is for investing in the five or you need money to pay for the rent so what you do is like you got to make her we open a CDP so you you get your east into the CDP into the CDP and then you over collateralize so for example hundred fifty percent so you get four hundred fifty thousand years don't know then you can get then you get money and die and then you can use it so you can invest those time but when you have the CDP open you might not have to die to reimburse your CDP so you want to close your CDP so what you need to do is like
by the I on the market because you have your CDP and you need to reimburse your CDP and then basically to unlock the East so you can do it flash loan is this is something so we building is like we get a you have your CDP imagine it's like hundred fifty thousand US dollars to to destroy your CDP so you do go to the flash loan you capture the the liquidity you reimburse your CDP you get the ease you sell the east on the market and then you reimburse the the flash phone meaning that you don't have to have any liquidity so you can actually now right now if i assuming that is is value more than when you open the CDP
obviously but you can did you guys get it does it make sense yeah question yeah oh no no this is not a quad so a swap is actually like closing the CDP yeah you can a collateral swap is something else yeah you can actually do clot or swap between different products but this is actually closing a city imagine maybe it's too personal but not you guys probably have CDP and you cannot close it because you don't have the money no maybe some of you but you could actually use this mechanism to close your CDP and get the east sell the East back to the market reimburse the flash loan and then get you missed do you get it's pretty cool thing oh yeah breaking news so so what we
gained what we being walking on over the past few months is to be the first one one of the biggest one I know that Constance is also working on that but to basically support is to point all but to a pool mechanism so we were we succeed we built a pool mechanism for visitors to bootstrap 2048 violators of 32 East each of them into the into the into ETL Network and now we walk in booze driving at hundred thousand values on less than 25 seconds and with like all the HSM
hardware security modules and all the etcetera and so we could actually except to point 3.2 million he is I mean at the current market cap is something like 1 billion u.s. dollars and we've been walking the X for that I can actually show you a video that we work with those guys from deep walk and eight you can find on Twitter it's been walking like a very very amazing slides and this will be something like that and show you so if you think about like a beacon chain so like a mechanism process for
you to easily unbolt and be able to stake your earth and then what we're building is like a pool so instead of directly stake into the valley you can stake into the pool and then we issue this liquid asset this liquidly eath that you can then you can use for other defy products in space cool sink that see it it's a lot but do you guys have any questions yeah oh if
we're providing the hard way we've been like everything that we've been doing in stick stick down everything is you can join us on telegram and ask us questions everything is trustless yeah so we're also working on the mechanism where you can add a percentage of stuck down I can do like custody as a service but you it's it's your own it's trust lies meaning that we don't hold you found you take them you use your ledger or you use now you it depends you the one that we have on prism this one is actually this
one is actually you stick into the visor so you participate in piling the one we actually are very into building is the pool so you're stuck into a pool that the pool would delegate and feel those sorry two little pools for you to capture the yield but also for you to other that the interest of the this taking derivative is like you can actually stake capture the yield but also still use your phone for participating in define any questions locations okay [Applause] just for your information the next talk
is in 25 minutes yeah I don't know why this is what I'll try
it again
