foreign [Music] welcome to the ichiram Community Conference number six Edition 2023 I'm delighted to have you all here in Paris for the seventh time um pure pleasure thank you for coming again to our awesome conference brought to you by ethereum France HCC number six for those of you that don't know what

ichiram France is it's a non-profit organization helping the ecosystem grow since 2015 so we were there almost since the beginning uh doing educational work research work open source project supports as well we feed a website called etmfriends.com if you speak French and are looking for technical topics being covered in French you can check it out if you want to learn French and love ethereum it's a great way to go as well we also have a YouTube channel association with your own friends that package all of the talks that's going to happen in this conference so if you want to see previous editions talks or go back to something that you miss over the day you should check it out and go up there if

you want to add us on Twitter tweet things about us you can find out dot eat your own underscore friends or at ECC of course so this year's Edition is brought to you by oh sorry we have Wi-Fi sorry yeah so if you're looking for connections here you go this year we have two buildings and it's the same SSID in both buildings you can scan this to get the Wi-Fi and if you want to like post things on social media you can use this hashtag we cover it we retweet and we make a big book of everything that happened in terms of videos pictures and so on and so forth so this year's Edition was made possible

by lots of sponsors like every year we are very very very grateful that those sponsors come every year our two main sponsors this year are John lineage who is supporting the conference personally from one year to the other and anoma with the returning sponsors so I'd like a big round of applause for them because they really help us out on figuring out this budget the second tier speak sponsors mental linear nil Foundation one inch I left it I am Zama octant safe stake base we know that land sismo and ariani are sponsors you can find their booths upstairs if you want to check out what

they are doing we also have I exec Lido polygon Circle Beamer Luxo fuel key Rock flow desktopware you can also find them upstairs like the big room upstairs if you want to check out other booths and we have another Myriad of awesome sponsors that you will find their booths at the other building uh yeah I'm not going to love to name them all but I love them all I'm really glad they are supporting us every year for some of them and for the first time for some of them so pretty cool to see uh to see everyone coming to ACC in Paris again another round of uh of sponsors that you can find in the other room as well uh the other room deals of buildings sorry

about that and also perhaps you can find something uh to uh to scan and to have fun with uh your cooling FTS from a conference souvenirs and stuff so this year was also made possible by Partners doing the streaming and organization and so on uh studio in Mar for the first time in Kabuki for returning years since the very first days of etcc we had a kabuki doing the recording I hope you like their work and usually you get the editing of the video the same day so if you missed something because you met someone that you had to talk to or you were stuck at a booth or something you can always find the recording pretty soon after it's done so kind of kind of a flashback it feels

like every year we have to overcome some challenges in Paris two years ago we had the very beginning of kovid we did the conference like two weeks before the French lockdown so we didn't even know where exactly what kovid was or what we should do so we said like okay guys just behave and follow the Q a from who uh so we tried our best and the next year we thought that we were finally out of kovid and it turned out we had to deal with a huge Heat Wave and remember that it was kind of the hottest day in France for the last centuries hopefully this year not only do we have Wi-Fi but we also have AC you wouldn't imagine how many emails we got during

the preparation saying is is there AC like am I going to be fine like what should I wear and so on so hopefully today and tomorrow we should be fine uh there's a heat wave coming to France and Europe again but it seems like Paris should be out of the the the biggest heat of the wave so let's see how we How We Do now into the real thing you're looking for the agenda here you go you can scan this QR code to go to the agenda or peruse hcc.io agenda there's different ways you can filter the different talks as you will see there are lots of different rooms we try to have names that you can identify quickly

or let you to to to go around swiftly currently you are here and Penny good talk from Kevin Aoki was sitting right here and taking the mic right after me so when you go on the agenda you'll see that there are multiple rooms but also multiple building as I said so we have two buildings this year not only do we have one more day but we have one more building the other building building B is at the end of the street you go outside you take the left and take another left and you are at College hence the building B currently you are in building m so here are the different stages that you will find in those buildings

and there are lots of of of ways to go around we have a different volunteers different helpers and a lot of signage so you should be fine don't hesitate to ask around if you want to know where is the rodent room I have a meeting at the Ed VC room where is the game in London and so on we are here to help here's the plan you can scan you can scan your the map sorry you can scan the QR code if you want to have a proper map so building m is or minus one this room up to the r plus three and Building B it's also on tree level but don't worry like it it should be fine we we did different tests and uh it's uh it's easy to go around and to figure out also the food will be served

outside so you will have many good reasons to go outside and go around now into the swag you can open your swag bag and you'll find all of those pretty cool items from a beautiful cap to cool stickers from HRM friends and uh and even a piece of soap here don't eat it it's lavender and tea it's soap and a pretty cool stickers I love it very good really good job from the design team this year really impressive as always side events HCC starts usually around 10 ish and ends around 6 ish but the week doesn't stop at HCC there are tons of side events and we are extremely grateful also for the different

organizers the different sponsors the different non-sponsors different Dows and so on and projects that organize those side events they make really a good case for people to come to Paris and spend the week spend the 10 days spend a couple of days like enjoy what's around and if you haven't got a ticket because it went out too fast or it was too expensive you can still pretty much enjoy the community in Paris at the same time so if you want to go on the HCC week.fr you can check out all the different side events happening every day and yeah check it out there's always good things to do around Paris if you are not going to the conference for whatever reason if you're lost you need help the

volunteers this year were a red cap with the name volunteer on here and they are here to help and very keen to help you go around and answer whatever question you will have all right so we are officially in for another good year I can't wait for the end of the week to give you the closing speech and tell you all the good memories from ATC and I hope you will come out of this conference with lots of things to talk about thank you so much for coming again [Applause] all right
