87 of the Employments in this industry and the most positions is a full stack engineer however the most hunted positions is a development business development or Community developments it is an industry which is only about 10 of the Employments so we've given that most of us are the engineering or Developers then we please to invite some insiders so we have Nick here as a senior of our token labs and also CN as well uh it is the OG in the industry this is

conversations as well okay so I think uh uh hi everyone my name is Nick and so I'll be sharing my story to the weather so I started Bitcoin ethereum since I was studying in graduate school and I never leave the space ever since because I just love the openness and the enthusiasm of the Interior Community and then uh the amount of information and new ideas coming out every day just overwhelming but also at the same time very exciting and so the second question I think uh personally I think patient and

motivation to like learning new tools and ideas is way more important than what you know what text you you're already familiar with is much more important because like the the space is just growing so fast uh take a solid development for example you have remix and truffle and hard hair and now you have Foundry so I think you don't have to worry about what you learned by the a popular or something that many people use just need to keep your passion motivation to learn yourselves and all that and at all time and for the third question I think I would recommend that you should go and join as many

technical or non-technical meetups as as you can because there you will be many smart people and also the people that are looking for talent and so yeah definitely go check it out and finally uh this point from my personal advice is to write and share your idea via the blog post or your social media as much as possible because that's a way to let people see you yeah that's my sharing [Applause] labs and actually I am a web to

not not quite different from the web to work as in a fundamental computer science skill is a very it's also very important in the Russian World so I would suggest that uh for new newcomers interested in this industry world then I I would suggest that uh writing a good call Quality or the testing skill is very important since in the classroom world the security is a very important thing and if you can write core or developers since that that is very easy to understand or maintain then this will be a very important point to join this

industry yes okay so I just like the name mentioned that I hope will suggest that people can attend more events and meet us to know more cultures or to know more people and know what others to do it in this in the currency current situation yes so so stop a variety to talk to others and just go and go issue so yeah this is my sharing thank you [Applause] I think now is the most interesting part

um systems and my values so that's kind of like what I look for in terms of events and people to connect to it if you share your story and like give Q A's about a lot of like risk of kids from article team as well so please right now okay why uh like you to feel your passions we also have a short survey for the workshop and also we would like to uh yeah if you you have more uh would like to share with us about

that's why for the this time uh bringing the typical you know that our community kind of the company feel okay maybe it's time for us to bring something like for the everyday life or everyday career so that we can also feel the web series like the other Industries involving and often into a future and maybe just to bring a little story about myself actually I I work for two days my first job answers the Nokia I don't know how many of you are this is not here this feels like something is already a buried last entry but actually no okay just died at least seven or eight years ago and then my second job

is mindful song so I I mean why I bring this true company because during not the times when you leave mobile and stuff everything but unfortunately you would not Apple just evolved in Downstream and not be Affair and then when I joined my foursome the trip was still talking about the cloud this has no future because of security because a lot of concerns for government and Banks and Etc nobody will use cloud the server room will forever be existing for everybody but now you see cloud is not a question it's more likely do you choose AWS or Microsoft or R12 is which band that you want to choose I think today what we want to bring to the topic here we hope like from all our answers from
