Enc(Mason) presents FHE-DKSAP at Devconnect Istanbul 2023, combining fully homomorphic encryption with the Dual-Key Stealth Address Protocol to strengthen transaction privacy. Stealth addresses already let a sender generate a fresh, unlinkable address for each payment, and layering FHE on top explores how balances and address derivation could stay encrypted while remaining verifiable onchain. The talk situates the design within Ethereum's wider push on private transactions and confidential computing alongside zero-knowledge proofs.
