ETHStaker Weekend Update

Transcript

hello everyone anvitika.eth here coming at you for a special weekend update uh just because there's a lot going on and we've got a lot of exciting things coming around the corner mainly and uh most excitingly is the ethereum 2.0 mainnet launch that is coming on december 1st at 5 30 uh central time 11 30 a.m utc time now this is uh what everyone has been building towards this is what the ethereum foundation has been working on tirelessly it's what us as a community have been doing our best to help educate and

uh push the right information and the correct information and just help each other as a as a community uh years of work and uh countless hours uh spent uh and everyone involved in this ecosystem so this is a very exciting time in fact the east acre community is hosting a ethereum 2.0 mainnet launch call we will be streaming that along with the ethereum foundation again that is december 1st at 5 30 a.m central standard time or 11 30 a.m utc time as if things couldn't get any more exciting uh the ethereum studymaster platform is also launching on december

1st this is uh so cool and i'm personally very excited about this i've a little biased because i'm the one developing the platform but this uh was actually super fizz's brainchild was the study master idea where it was originally a 10-week course where anyone who was interested in learning more about ethereum 2.0 serenity uh we could learn about that so each week we would take a different topic and learn as a group and we would take a quiz and at the end of that 10-week course we you'd earn a pull-up if you uh completed every week and it turned out the response to that was incredible uh it was sort of this insatiable machine where we couldn't feed it enough information and

eventually we all agree that it makes more sense to have a permanent platform for the studymaster program and that's what we're doing so on december 1st the ethereumstudymaster.com is officially launched this is version one we've been working for and towards everything that we've sort of learned with the initial uh studymaster program we've we've implemented with this site it's a full 3.0 web 3.0 site you need you do need a wallet to participate and to sign up so i'm incredibly excited for that for the world to kind of see that platform and i think it's going to be incredibly valuable for those who want to learn more about

ethereum and in a very welcoming and easy to digest way and then on saturday december 5th at noon central time 6 pm utc time we have the second east staker quiz show hosted by phil.eth and colfax along with the rest of the e-staker core moderator team uh i'm personally very excited about this we had a blast last time this quiz showed up uh and phil.ethan colfax are doing a bang-up job they're really killing it and coordinating this second quiz uh in fact check out this teaser trailer that they made how will d5 be affected by the beacon

chain launch some smart contracts will need to be updated no change at all you will pay less gas or you need to update your metamask or wallet that's kind of a tricky one let's think through it i immediately regret my decision [Laughter] all right there is no change all very exciting stuff i can't wait uh to see everyone there and to hang out so just to summarize here on december 1st 5 30 a.m central 11 30 a.m utc time will be the ethereum 2.0 main net

launch call we'll be streaming live with the ethereum foundation we'll also be launching the ethereum studymaster program december 1st and the e-staker quiz show number two hosted by phil eath and colfax along with the rest of our moderator team is noon central standard 6 pm utc time alright guys have a great weekend i'll see you this week
