Day two of the Ethereum Core Devs Eth1x and Istanbul planning meeting, held in April 2019, is a long working session of Ethereum client developers and researchers. It runs close to eight hours and records the planning of the Istanbul hard fork alongside the Eth1x efforts to improve the existing chain, including gas pricing and state growth.
