my first concern with this one is that we need to change the description a little bit so that it describes the proposal a little bit better okay foreign I'm sorry about that I'm just muted

oh my God all right okay so we need to expand this abbreviation okay principal Bond characteristics such as the International Security Certification Number Isaiah and the

issue volume initiative component the coupon frequency the principal changes to just so it's not repeat like it's not confused with the principle of the bond um I don't care so on to the motivation fixed income

instruments are one of the asset classes what do you use about co-creation are there entities to raise funds bonds are considered more secure than Equity since usually supposed to pay the principles and training foreign so I guess something to note in the motivation here is it's usually good to say why current standards are inadequate um it starts kind of a meeting for

developers it's um so if you have a proposal or thinking about writing a proposal like an EIP um you can come here and ask any questions you might have so if there aren't any questions I just go through it edit proposals so yeah if there's if you're curious about anything just feel free to ask okay foreign

okay thank you perhaps you could uh just share about your fellowship of ethereum magician page where we are encouraging other authors to review the proposal like the uh the list of EIP reviewers uh yeah yeah maybe they can share the fem page for respective EIP and they get more reviews from other authors on the photo oh I see what you're saying yeah yeah if you're looking for more technical reviews you can share your um ethereum musician discussion thread um with anybody you think is relevant yeah okay thank you all right uh so

um we don't have the author here but I'm just generally curious about the final proposal 4910 I see that is not merged uh yeah that's just waiting on Matt oh all right because this proposal has been for like four yeah four meetings yeah it's um just just waiting like I don't want to approve it until Matt well I mean I have approved it or I should have approved it but um okay yeah okay for a little bit Matt all right so we can move on to the next PR which is 7239 a proposal to move to review status sure

yeah okay so it just needs um an update to the license uh of the code in the EIP so it is currently MIT and it has to be cc0 and I think that's the only significant change here do we have the comment already existing there for the author to follow yep all right yeah yeah perfect thank you all right uh so the next one here is from the past meeting and the Napier number is 7160.
