Designing an End to End Solution for Based Preconfirmations

Ahmad Bitar and Anshu Jalan design an end-to-end solution for based preconfirmations at Devcon 7. Preconfirmations let based rollups offer users fast execution guarantees from L1 proposers before a block is finalized, and the talk works through what a complete implementation of that guarantee looks like across proposer commitments and rollup sequencing.
