Devconnect Istanbul 2023 · 16 Nov 2023 · 11:18

Simona Pop, an Ethereum community strategist known for her work with Status, Gitcoin, and Human Protocol, examines what it takes to move from recognizing a need for change to actually acting on it within decentralized communities. Speaking at Devconnect Istanbul 2023, she draws on her experience organizing gatherings like Schelling Point to consider the gap between intention and follow-through in community and governance work. The talk sits within her broader focus on the human and organizational side of building decentralized networks.
