Luis Bezzenberger demonstrates a local trading assistant using Ollama and Gnosis Chain’s encrypted mempool. Natural-language requests become trades while the agent remains noncustodial.

Hello, I'm Louis um from I work with Brainbot. I'm a product manager at Shatter Network. Um and today I'll be talking about this concept of a truly local encrypting banker agent. So we sort of split between some theory um about you know transactional encryption, thresh encryption but then also this is the built on Ethereum um demo stage. I'll show some some demos of this spanker agent sort of in action. Um, the content. What the What the That's very annoying.

What the What the What the What the I got front run again. So that is that's what it is, right? It's front running. So it's people sort of stealing um the info that you maybe it's like a a stage right or it's maybe a transaction that is maybe valuable to you information essentially and somebody else jumps the queue like this right front runs you that's kind of what this entire sort of commit reveal thresh encryption concept is about to prevent right um just just briefly about the the content so it'll be this kind of theory part right in crypto meool and then how we see that come together in um on the protoc level as with two other concepts

kind of to really provide true sense of resistance. I'll do these demos, some some fun bonus MCP servers. Um and then one more cool thing um that I'll say for the end. So um yeah the encrypted me poolool is essentially um yeah encrypting transactions and the validator or sequencer has to commit to including these transaction and the order ahead of time while they're still encrypted such that the they or the sequencer or the validator doesn't see what's in transactions and nor can anyone else. So it'll be extremely hard for them to frontr run or censor. Um and we only decrypt afterwards, right? So it doesn't need like in uh processing through transactions. It's a commit reveal. So it encrypts and then decrypts

and that way we can eliminate this atomic front running and real-time censorship um that's based on the transaction content and for example it is live on Nosis chain we've already shielded 4,500 transactions um working with Nethermind and Aragon on the client side um and then for Ethereum one that's kind of the bigger big step we want to take this from Nosis chain to the actual Ethereum mainet and we have it's more complex there because we have the PBS transaction supply chain But we have um outlined this road map in three stages. And the really cool next step is that we're taking now as a P to implement it um into the into MAV commit which is a proposal and builder commitment scheme

by PrimeF. Um and that's that could be really a cool next step to implement it for Ethereum L1 and into the PBS protection supply chain. Um but longer term we really want this to go inside the protocol in Ethereum L1 and work together with EPBS fossil and the encryptment pool and these three really sort of enhance each other right essentially the best most censorship transaction is one that you encrypt and then it is forced in via the the um force choice inclusion the inclusion list right and I don't have a lot of time but essentially that's how it works essentially the Yeah, the user encrypts and they uh and it via the inclusion

list it forces it through and then you have this extremely high level of censorship resistance which I think that's sort of what Ethereum is about right public blockchain is you don't need a public blockchain if you don't need censorship resistance might as well just use like a centralized exchange right and if we can level up censorship resistance that that's that would be powerful this is the demo this is V1 this was without MCP and just local demo so just tell a natural language tell um what's my wallet, right? Um and it just more statically here in this thing interacts. It it detects that it's a a swap that is front runnable and it then switches to the encrypting RPC on Nosis chain and uses that to to send the transaction and then you can see it in

this our special um explorer. Um and then it's still like pending. We h don't have all the validators chain yet processing encrypted transactions but but um these slots are the ones where they do. So now we have to wait for that slot and then they do and they actually in include the encrypted transaction and it's shielded right and yeah and then it's also on the on the nosis block explorer there as well. Um so there's like v1 essentially um without MCP but I think the the future is really this like yeah within claude you you add your own MCP server and it and have a couple of functions that can interact with the

blockchain and they can also there again use the the encrypting um RPC from there um and and just in I mean why I'm talking about MCP in this context of encrypt pool it seems not super related but I think it's it's about adop option, right? It's about how can we get something that's slightly more complex like this, like a more more advanced cryptography primitive. How can we enable normal people to use that, right? And and this can this way of this UX paradigm, right? Enables Yeah. normal people to use the encrypted mool like this and they don't have to do the decision anniversary and what you can do is you can encrypt let's say you have a personal story or some spicy image or something put that in the time capsule.

What that means is it gets threshold encrypted with this kind of decentralized um uh way of encryption decryption, right? Uh and then it'll be buried and and in exactly one year it'll unlock um and see you'll see all these hopefully. Um, yeah, and I think it's a really cool way talked to a lot of people here already. They the people who have uh really deep stories kind of connecting to to Ethereum's 10y year sort of history and um could be maybe your first commit, right, from let's say your project and the first commit that you did to the project, right? Or it could be like a cool like a cool photo of someone on on like on let's say Defcon Zero or something like anything anything

goes just put it in. Um, yeah, and you can follow the Twitter and you can go there now. It's live now essentially. Yeah. So, thank you so much. [Applause] I think we have time for questions, right? Yeah. Any questions? Sim swapped for example. Um, I think Oh, no, they do. can't play this file for some reason.

That's hilarious because it just worked on the test. Oh no. Oh, I just like do it like three four times. So it moves, it does it buys Black Rock ETFs, interact with the smart contract, encrypts stuff to the future just on cloud web. Little bonus thing afterwards here. Okay, thank you so much. [Music] Heat. Hey, heat. Hey, heat.
