Zak Cole

Zak Cole is a longtime Ethereum protocol engineer and founder. He founded Whiteblock, a blockchain protocol testing firm, co-founded the decentralized exchange Slingshot and the smart contract auditing marketplace Code4rena, and was a core contributor to Canto, the DeFi-focused Layer 1. He has been a vocal advocate for refocusing Ethereum on the value of ETH the asset, serving as president of the Ethereum Community Foundation, and he leads Number Group, a venture studio building at the intersection of crypto and AI. Earlier in his career he worked at Google and founded the Testing Working Group at the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance.
