Vikas Rushi
Vikas Rushi is a research engineer working on zero-knowledge cryptography; as of August 2026 he was an active contributor to zkID, a team within the Ethereum Foundation's Privacy Stewards of Ethereum building ZKP standards for digital identity. He built zkPDF, a framework that generates zero-knowledge proofs from digitally signed PDFs so that documents such as government IDs or bank statements can prove a specific claim without revealing the full file, the subject of his talk at ETHGlobal New Delhi.
