Su Zhu

Su Zhu is the co-founder of Three Arrows Capital, the Singapore based crypto hedge fund he started with Kyle Davies in 2012 after an early career at Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs. 3AC became one of the largest and most influential funds of the 2021 bull market, with Zhu championing the "supercycle" thesis and debating Ethereum's future on shows like Uncommon Core, before its overleveraged positions unraveled in 2022 and a British Virgin Islands court ordered its liquidation, leaving billions in creditor claims. The Monetary Authority of Singapore banned Zhu and Davies from the financial sector for nine years, and Zhu was jailed in Singapore in 2023 for failing to cooperate with liquidators. He has since been involved in the OPNX claims trading exchange and the OX.FUN (later Quanto) derivatives platform.
