Robert MacWha
Robert MacWha co-leads the Safe Harbor initiative at the Security Alliance (SEAL), whose legal agreement authorizes white hats to act during active exploits and lets protocols recover the funds they rescue. He is also CEO of Skylock, a security startup that detects attacks on smart contracts and moves at-risk funds into a safe harbor wallet.
