Robbie Ferguson

Robbie Ferguson is the co-founder and president of Immutable, the Sydney-based web3 gaming company he started in 2018 with his brother James Ferguson and Alex Connolly. Immutable built one of Ethereum's first zero-knowledge gaming platforms, Immutable X, using StarkWare technology, and later launched Immutable zkEVM in partnership with Polygon, becoming home to hundreds of blockchain games including its own Guild of Guardians. The company raised a $200 million Series C led by Temasek in 2022 at a $2.5 billion valuation and counts Tencent and Coinbase among its backers. Ferguson is a leading evangelist for true digital ownership of in-game assets and has pushed web3 gaming toward mainstream players through Immutable's Passport wallet and its mobile gaming division.
