Moven Tsai is a contributor to mopro, a Privacy and Scaling Explorations (PSE) project at the Ethereum Foundation that brings client-side zero-knowledge proof generation to mobile devices. They also work on GPU acceleration for mobile proving, the same territory covered in their ETHGlobal New Delhi talk on building ZK apps that run on a phone.
