Matthew Roszak

Matthew Roszak co-founded Bloq and helped establish Tally Capital, an investment firm focused on digital assets and blockchain technology. In 2006, a federal court entered a consent judgment resolving SEC insider-trading charges against Roszak, imposing disgorgement, interest and a civil penalty without an admission or denial of the allegations.
