Matt Mudano is the co-founder and CEO of Arch Network, a Bitcoin-native application platform that brings smart contract functionality to the Bitcoin base layer through a custom VM and a decentralized verifier network. A serial entrepreneur who started mining Bitcoin from his college dorm room around 2011 to 2012, he co-founded Arch with CTO Amine ElQaraoui in 2023, raising a $7M round led by Multicoin Capital in 2024 and a $13M Series A led by Pantera Capital in 2025.
