Kevin Owocki
Kevin Owocki is a co-founder of Gitcoin, the platform he helped start in 2017 to fund open source software and public goods, largely through quadratic funding. He is the author of Greenpilled and a co-author of How to DAO, both centered on coordination mechanisms for funding causes people care about. Before Gitcoin he spent more than a decade in engineering leadership roles, including as a CTO and startup founder. His talks in the Ethereum TV archive trace that throughline, from Gitcoin's own evolution and grantmaking alongside Giveth to the tokenization of traditional finance and the founding of ETHBoulder as a bottom-up community experiment.
