Josh Stark
Josh Stark co-founded ETHGlobal, an organizer of Ethereum hackathons, and the company L4. He later joined the Ethereum Foundation, where he became part of its leadership team and played a stewardship role in the Merge and the Dencun, Fusaka and Pectra upgrades, and he announced in April 2026 that he was stepping down after five years.
