Joey Krug

Joey Krug is a partner at Founders Fund and one of the earliest builders in the Ethereum ecosystem. In 2014 he co-founded Augur, widely described as the first decentralized prediction market platform, with early support from the Thiel Fellowship, and he went on to co-found the personal finance app Eco. From 2017 he served as co-chief investment officer at Pantera Capital, where he helped the firm scale into one of the largest crypto investment managers, before joining Founders Fund in 2023. He has been a frequent guest on Bankless and Unchained, reflecting on a decade spent building and investing across DeFi's entire arc.
