Jochem Brouwer is an independent contributor to the Ethereum Foundation’s specifications work and an EIP editor. He works on execution-layer specifications, testing and EthereumJS tooling. He co-authored EIP-7928 on block-level access lists and contributes to the technical review process that turns proposed Ethereum changes into clearer, testable specifications.
