Haonan Li is co-founder and CEO of Codex, a stablecoin-focused Ethereum Layer 2 building dedicated infrastructure for cross-border payments and onchain FX. He started Codex after leaving Optimism, betting early that stablecoins were crypto's clearest product-market fit at a time when payments were considered a graveyard for crypto companies.
