Felipe Montealegre

Felipe Montealegre is the co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Theia, a liquid token fund established in 2021 that applies fundamentals-driven, private equity style analysis to crypto assets under a thesis he calls the "Internet Financial System." Before co-founding Theia, he was a Vice President and early employee at BayPine, a Vice President at Declaration Partners (the family office of David Rubenstein), and a Senior Associate at JLL Partners. He holds a BA in Economics from Yale University and co-launched the Token Transparency Framework with Blockworks Research.
