Cosmo Jiang

Cosmo Jiang is a General Partner at Pantera Capital, where he oversees the firm's liquid token strategies alongside founder Dan Morehead. He joined Pantera after founding Nova River, a long-biased digital asset fund, following a decade in traditional finance that included M&A at Evercore, private equity at Apollo Global Management, and a managing director role at Hitchwood Capital covering consumer and internet investments; he graduated from Harvard with a degree in applied mathematics. He has become one of the most visible voices on digital asset treasury companies (DATs), helping structure Pantera's investments in vehicles such as DeFi Development Corp and Solana Company (HSDT), whose board he joined.
