Brett DiNovi of MegaETH Labs co-authored EVM Charge Intent for HTTP Payment Authentication, a draft specification for one-time token payments across Ethereum-compatible blockchains. The proposal explains how web clients can authorize payments for online resources and how servers verify and settle those payments. It covers signed authorizations, server-paid transaction fees and protections against reusing a payment authorization.
