Bartek Kiepuszewski

Bartek Kiepuszewski is a co-founder of L2BEAT, the independent research and analytics venture that tracks and risk-rates Ethereum layer 2 networks, and has worked as a blockchain architect at MakerDAO since 2017. He holds a PhD in computer science from Queensland University of Technology and also co-founded TokenFlow Insights. He serves on the Arbitrum Security Council. His keynote at Devcon SEA traces the state of Ethereum's layer 2 landscape, touching on the appchain and L3 ecosystem and the economics of layer 2 scaling.
