Arthur Breitman
Arthur Breitman is the co-founder of Tezos, the self-amending proof-of-stake blockchain he first described in a 2014 white paper published under the pseudonym L.M. Goodman. Raised in France, he won a bronze medal for France at the International Olympiad in Informatics at 18, studied applied mathematics and computer science at the École Polytechnique, and continued at NYU's Courant Institute. Before Tezos he worked as a quantitative analyst at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley and as a research engineer at Google X and Waymo. He and his wife Kathleen Breitman launched Tezos through a record-setting 2017 fundraiser, and he remains a leading architect of the protocol through Trilitech, the London-based Tezos development hub he directs.
