Andrew Clifford served as president of Bitcoin Unlimited, a member-driven Bitcoin software project. Its scaling proposal allowed miners and node operators to set block-size parameters instead of fixing one limit across the network. Clifford advocated this approach as a way to increase transaction capacity and support Bitcoin’s use as electronic cash.
