Andreas Hartl
Andreas Hartl has led the division responsible for artificial intelligence, the data economy and blockchain at Germany’s Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. The division helped draft Germany’s national blockchain strategy. Hartl’s policy work has also covered open data and digital identity, including how public registers and identity systems can improve government transparency and accountability.
