Amjad Masad
Amjad Masad founded Replit, a software development platform that brings coding tools, databases and application deployment into one place. Replit’s AI agents let users create applications by describing what they want in natural language. Before Replit, Masad helped start and led Facebook’s JavaScript infrastructure team, which built and maintained tools including Babel, Jest and the React Native packager. Masad was also Codecademy’s first employee, working on its product and infrastructure.
