Alexander Urbelis
Alexander Urbelis served as general counsel at ENS Labs, the organization behind the Ethereum Name Service. Urbelis submitted ENS Labs’ policy comments to ICANN on DNS abuse mitigation, addressing phishing, malicious impersonation and attacks on digital-asset users. That work called for measures to address abuse beyond reactive reporting after harm had occurred.
